Charles JR "Doodle" Howard age 51 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Charles was born September 9, 1960 in in Magoffin County, KY, he is the son of Charlie and Henrietta Brown Howard whom survives.

Also surviving is his companion, Kimberly Parson; two sons, Christopher Charles Howard and Brandon Scott Howard both of Salyersville, KY, one stepson, Randall Yeilding of Lexington, KY; two daughters, Candida Dawn Howard and Brandi Nicole Tucker both of Lexington, KY and stepdaughter, Chelsea Yeilding of Salyersville, KY; Two brothers, Tommy Howard and Tony Howard, both of Salyersville, KY , one sister, Vicki Sue Bailey of Salyersville, KY and six grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 1PM from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Brandon Howard, Gary Bolen, Gary Ward and Hearl Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Head of Buffalo Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
