Jerrill Perkins age 27 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at his home. He was born June 4, 1985 in Prestonsburg, Ky to Roy Perkins and the late Shirley Slusher Perkins.

He is survived by his Fiance; Jennifer Williams of Salyersville, Ky, one son; Skyler Bently Lee Perkins, two daughters; Angel Rena Mullis, and Isabelle Michelle Mullis, two brothers; Jamie Perkins and Leroy Perkins both of Salyersville, Ky, three sisters; Jennie McKenzie, Jennifer Williams, & Joy Nickles all of Salyersville, Ky. Also surviving are 18 nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 1 PM from the Bethlehem to Calvary Apostlic Church of God with Johnny Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Slusher Cemetery at Green Carpenter, Kentucky.

Friends may call the church after 3 PM Friday, June 15, 2012, all day Saturday, June 16, 2012 and anytime prior to Funeral Services on Sunday.
