Cleo Patrick age 59 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born September 29, 1952 in Magoffin COunty to the late Oakie and Lynda Bailey Shepherd.

She is survived by one daughter; Joetta(Eddie) Howard of Salyersvile, Ky, two brothers; Dexter Shepherd of North Webster, IN, Ray Shepherd of North Manchester, IN, three sisters; Mazie Lacy of Shelby, OH, Janice Cooley of Gunlock, Ky, and Ruth Newsome of Prestonsburg. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; Lawton Patrick, and three brothers; Talmadge Shepherd, Palmer Shepherd, and Elmer Shepherd.

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 1 PM from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Grant Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick/Risner Cemetery at Bloomington Branch, Kentucky.

Friends may call the funeral home after 6 PM Friday, June 15, 2012, all day Saturday, June 16, 2012 and anytime prior to Funeral Services on Sunday.
