Ray Marshall age 74 of Hartsville, Tennessee formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 8, 2012 at the Trousdale Medical Center in Hartsville, Tennessee. Ray was born July 17, 1937 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Curtis and Liza Risner Marshall.

Ray is survived by one daughter Tonia Lynn Marshall Bennett of Hartsville, Tennessee, three brothers Glen Marshall and Harold Marshall of Salyersville, Kentucky and Dency Marshall of Camden, Tennessee, sisters Lenore Jackson and Gladys Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, Shirley Mosier of Union City, Tennessee and Ellaree Elliott of Stockbridge, Michigan, two grandchildren Ethan Wade Bennett and Cody James Bennett.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday June 12, 2012 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Marshall Family Cemetery at Guncreek, KY. Officiating will be Ronald Thacker.

Friends may call the Magoffin County Funeral Home after 5:00 P.M. Sunday, Allday Monday and anytime prior to the hour of Funeral Service.

Their will be military rites given by the Salyersville D.A.V. Chapter 15 the day of the funeral service.
